ZEWO Loft «OBJECT»

The standard assortment 'ZEWO Loft >>Object>> convinces through an attractive price/performance ratio, which pays off especially for cost-sensitive, larger object buildings such as residential homes, housing estates or terraced houses as well as multi-storey flats. The hot water is supplied by a purely thermal control valve and thus meets the highest comfort requirements while at the same time being very easy to commission. The systems are optionally available with a thermally controlled circulation pump which switches off automatically when the circulation temperature is reached. The bulk capacity is possible from 12 - 17 l/min.The home stations are available as basic modules in the following versions, all complete with differential pressure regulators and control valves:

  • GHK-FBH (for domestic hot water preparation & heating/for underfloor heating)
  • GHK (for domestic hot water preparation & heating/mixed heating circuit)
  • DHK (for domestic hot water preparation & heating/direct heating circuit)


The completely pre-assembled base stations with the equipment they contain are ready-to-use home stations for heat transfer from local or district heating networks to the heating and drinking water systems. In addition to these three base stations, optional equipment is offered that you will find in the current product range documentation and/or receive on request.

ZEWO Loft «OBJECT» GHK-FBH

Home station with a mixed heating circuit (underfloor heating)

    Home station for indirect, hygienic domestic hot water preparation using a plate heat exchanger, copper or stainless steel soldered. Tap temperature freely adjustable from 20 to 70°C, tap capacity 12 and 17 l/min. Priority circuit for domestic hot water heating. Connections for heat quantity and cold water meters provided. Direct connection to mixed heating circuits (panel heating) with different flow temperatures. Including newly developed, utility model protected 3-way mixing valve with few individual parts and Dichtflächen, 3-point actuator with integrated fixed value control (flow temperature freely adjustable) and high-efficiency pump. Can be combined with a weather-compensated heating controller. Ready for installation, compact design with clear arrangement of all fittings, with sturdy wall bracket.

Home station with a direct heating circuit

    Home station for indirect, hygienic domestic hot water preparation using plate heat exchangers. Soldered copper or stainless steel (optional). Tap temperature freely adjustable from 20 to 70°C, tap capacity 12 and 17 l/min. With priority circuit for domestic hot water heating and connections for heat quantity meter and cold water meter. Direct connection to unmixed heating circuits. Ready-to-install, compact design with clear arrangement of all fittings, with sturdy wall bracket. Can be hung in the suitable flush-mounted or surface-mounted cabinets.

Advice

Die Wärmetauscher in den ZEWO Loft Wohnungsstationen werden standardmäßig mit kupfergelöteten Edelstahlplatten-Wärmetauscher gefertigt. Vor der Verwendung dieser Wärmetauscher ist im Rahmen der Anlagenplanung vom TGA-Planer, bzw. dem auszuführenden Installationsunternehmen zu prüfen, ob gemäß DIN 1988-7.4.1 und den vorliegenden Trinkwasseranalysen die Fragen des Korrosionsschutzes und Steinbildung ausreichend berücksichtigt wurden. Dazu zählen u.a. die Auswahl der Werkstoffe, die Berücksichtigung der korrosionsbedingten Veränderung der Trinkwasserbeschaffenheit, die Ausführung der Installation sowie die Berücksichtigung der zu erwartenden Betriebsbedingungen. Wir empfehlen Ihnen für die Baumaßnahme uns im Vorfeld eine aktuelle Trinkwasseranalyse zu übermitteln zwecks Prüfung des einzusetzenden Werkstoffes. Bei Fragen sind wir Ihnen gerne behilflich.
