A system house with premium equipment
A villa in a dream location, where everything from A to Z is only the best. This is how the construction of a city villa on the Rheinhöhe near Bonn can be summarised. The two-storey single-family house with a view of the Siebengebirge leaves nothing to be desired, with 1,000 m² of land, 260 m² of which are living space: Five bedrooms, three exclusive bathrooms, selected floor coverings, a fireplace, elaborate windows and doors as well as light-flooded interior concepts aim at an exquisite architecture.
In keeping with the luxury property, great importance was also attached to premium equipment in terms of energy and heating technology. In addition to the high-quality installations in front of the wall, sustainable systems were also to be used behind the wall for the greatest possible comfort. To achieve this, the property developer regarded the property as a holistic system house in which all components were to be coordinated.
Thus, sustainability, energy and cost efficiency as well as state-of-the-art technology were to be harmonized with the exclusive claim right from the start. To achieve this, the property developer relied on coordinated systems and decided on ZEWOTHERM, a manufacturer that planned all components in a system network and implemented them on schedule together with an experienced sanitary and heating specialist company, Hesseler / Hammoudi Heizung u. Sanitär GmbH.
The entire package includes efficient heat pump and storage technology, energy-saving panel heating, central, controlled ventilation of living space, state-of-the-art distribution and control technology as well as the appropriate pipework using a press system. The system manufacturer ZEWOTHERM, as the supplier of all components, paid attention from the outset to a sensible symbiosis of the products in the planning and product selection.
800 attractive and energy-efficient apartments of all types and sizes have been created in an absolutely prime location in the new Europaviertel - right next to the Europagarten in the city of Frankfurt. Special features: huge gardens on the ground floor or rooftop gardens and high-quality fittings in the apartments. Every single house in the Parkend bears its own name - from Borghese Park to Versailles Park - a tribute to the great European gardens. The ZEWOTHERM surface heating systems provide the appropriate thermal comfort on over 5,000 m².
Directly on the Rhine is the exclusive residential complex, the Bonn Rheinlogen. The building impresses with its extraordinary architecture, which harmoniously combines four individual building forms. Exclusivity and comfort are very important here. ZEWOTHERM has equipped the apartments with a total of 6,400 m² of panel heating (stapler system) including the complete control and distribution technology.
During the refurbishment of the former Liberian ambassador's residence (built in 1907) in Bonn's villa district, different systems were used for the retrofitting of panel heating due to different structural conditions. In the historical residential building, the "comparatively simple" stapler system was used for the cellar and the basement, while the ZEWOTHERM wall heating system and the air-conditioning floor system were installed on the upper floor due to the historical conditions. There was a special solution in the attic - the actual dry construction system for the floor was converted into a powerful wall heating system without further ado. Living comfort of a new building and the charm of an old building: no incompatibility with well thought-out system solutions.
This building project is located directly on the main road leading from the city centre of Hamburg to the Berliner Tor. It comprises a high-rise building with 113 residential units on 17 floors and a 4-star hotel with 277 rooms in a 7-storey block. Our ZEWO girder system was used on an area of 7375 m². The lattice girder mat 3 mm was laid on mineral fibre insulation provided by the customer and PE-Xc pipe 17 x 2. A clear advantage of this system is the clearly arranged "3-component system technology", which manages with only 3 elements: carrier mat, fastening element, heating pipe. There are also 3 different versions available for fixing the heating pipe: by means of cable ties or mat ties made of wire or for pipes 16 - 18 mm by means of a fixing clip made of polyamide. For the building project in the Adenauerallee, the fixing was done with Rödeldraht.
